The Edmund A. Bednarowski, Jr. Charitable Foundation is a New Hampshire Voluntary Corporation formed under NH RSA 292. The organization is exempt from income tax under section 501 (a) of the Internal Revenue Code as an organization described in section 501 (c)(3).
